I graduated from University, and then I found a job and worked for a local computer company. One year later, I changed my job and worked in an overseas-funded enterprise. However it made me dejected that I still could not obtained a promotion after one year¡¯s hard work although I was more talented than those who had obtained a promotion. After taking a serious consideration, I decided to resign and go abroad to seek a master¡¯s degree.
