Field Trip to Japanese American National Museum
I went to the Japanese American National Museum on Friday, March 14, 2003. The Japanese American National Museum is the first museum in the United States dedicated to the Japanese American experience. Its mission is to promote understanding and appreciation of America’s ethnic and cultural diversity by sharing the Japanese Americans experiences. The Museum has a collection of more than 30,000 objects includes artifacts, paintings, works on paper, photography, film and video documentation, textiles, and recorded life histories.
