Taking an English course isnt a waste of time
Personally, I think taking an English course isn’t a waste of time. I disagree with the people who say that “the only way to really learn the language is to move to an English-speaking environment”. ... I think that everyone has is own way to develop his English skills or to become bilingual. Firstly, the ambition of a person to learn English has an impact on the method he will take to achieve his goal. If he just wants to watch TV in English or, on the other hand, must be bilingual for his job, that will make a big difference.
