The quote, “A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step,” can be related to my life in many ways. In the fourth grade, I began to run track. I realized that I was pretty good at the sport. At every track meet, I would always run the same old thing 100 meters, 200 meters, and long jump. It was until the eighth grade when it was revealed to me that I needed to explore new events in track.
