Medical Assisting is a very hands on job. You assist the Doctor in their day-to-day duties. For example you would escort the patient into the room and would continue to ask them a series of questions about their condition. This would take the doctor a long time to do if they had to ask questions and then perform their procedures. This job is in high demand for more assistants because not very many people are not interested in this job or don’t have the confidence to believe that they can do this job.
