Importance of Salah in Islam
... It is the second Pillar of Islam which is obligatory and without which Islam is incomplete. ... This is whom Islam calls ""A LOSER"". ... Working, seeking knowledge, earning honestly are greatly encouraged in Islam. ... Salah is not just worship it is also a compulsory duty. ... Furthermore: * Salah wipes out sins. * Salah, if offered properly with concentration, is better than yoga. * To pray five times daily in congregation, Salah aims at creating a sense of familiarity & friendship among people. * Having same movements which are coordinated by the Imam, Salah aims at developing a sense of unity among people. * As a businessman stands shoulder to shoulder to a laborer, a white stands shoulder to shoulder to a black, Salah crosses out man-made classes and racism. Islam is a way of life. ... All you have to do is to obey Allah because Islam means "submission of will to Allah".
