After a court hearing they were both punished for their crimes. They have been given permission to join the local youth club by the church. Do you agree with this decision? You have to recognise that the sensible thing to do is prevent the situation from happening again, and some people may believe that the only way in preventing this and protecting others is to refuse them or wait a little longer until they have thought about the circumstances.
