Students know whether their teacher is just there to get paid or there to make a difference in their lives, and I think that this affects not only how interested the student is about the subject but also their grades. ... I remember talking about this same subject in lab while discussing our favorite teachers, because my favorite teachers were not the ones that were condescending but instead the ones that treated me like an equal. Those were the teachers everyone wanted to have in high school because they allowed us to have fun and still get their jobs done. ... Next, I think that schools need to ensure their student are getting the education they are entitled to. ...
