In today’s society, children are raised totally different than in the past. ... The way I see it, “Children can’t live without television”. Children begin to think that television is a part of their lives; therefore, they don’t consider it as a form of entertainment. ... If you don’t have those things, children will make fun of you. This can lead to children doing poorer in their studies at school, because they’re constantly being teased. ... Everyone wants to have the newest things, especially children so they want feel left out.
