It is important to note that most people rely on a person’s facial expressions to gain a clear understanding of the words being used or the person’s meaning as a whole, their personal take on the issue. In the work place, you can use facial expressions as an indicator that people understand what you are saying, or if they agree or disagree with what you are saying.
