Model of fair play
Fair play, the pillar of what good sport is. ... In sport, a game is never felt to be a good one unless both teams, each individual feels that he was able to play the same game as his or her adversaries. It is in fair play that we can keep the players, coaches and even spectators happy with the game that is being played. To design a model of fair play seems to insinuate that one should be able to come up with a concrete set of rules in which a collective of people can follow. Though this seems like a simple task, each person seems to have his or her own idea of what fair play should mean. One would think a model of fair play would contain such rules as ‘never make contact with intent to injure’.
