Job Satisfaction
Job satisfaction is the personal satisfaction that an individual gets out of their work situation. Job satisfaction is a key to a healthy work environment. Different aspects of a person’s social identity can affect their job satisfaction. In Barbara Garson’s “McDonald’s-We do it all for you,” Garson interviews a number of employees, or former employees, that show their views on job satisfaction. Below explains my views on job satisfaction as well as my personal experience with the few jobs I have in the past three years.
One may think that if an individual’s job satisfaction increases, then their job performance improves.
