Conflict between old and new ideas and traditional values in dead men s path and snapshots
There is a conflict between old and new throughout the story in Dead Men’s Path and Snapshots of a Wedding. In dead men’s path it is because of a man who tries to stop the traditional path from being used because he doesn’t believe in the myth of the path. But in snapshots of a Wedding it is about a woman who is trying to be modern in a traditional society. The traditional people in dead men’s path are the priest and the village people and the modern people are Mr Obi and his wife.
