Mandatory Evaluation Test How do you think are we going to improve our school system? Many students of today are complaining about their schools. They claim that their school does not have the right system and policies that would help them to study harder and perform better academically. In Mary Sherry’s article “In Praise of the F word,” she argues that students are being cheated by their schools. She claims that many students who graduate from high school are “handed meaningless diplomas” (pg. 728). Sherry concludes that the solution for this problem is to flunk students. This may be a good idea but this will not be enough. Adding a mandatory evaluation test every month would be beneficial because it will encourage students to study harder, it will help students identify their strength and weaknesses, and it will obligate student to attend school everyday. A mandatory evaluation test will encourage students to study harder.
