Schools shouldnt be testing students for drugs. It should be a parents issue, should be left up to them to decide on giving their kids the drug test. And some schools may take it out of hand, for example parents in a small texas town opposed their school districts mandatory drug and alcohol testing policy, and refused to let their children take the test, the results a 12 year old boy was given an in school suspension, scheduled for drug counseling, and forced to wear an orange prisonstyle jumpsuit. ... drug teating is proving you are not guilty. ...
