For one, the effect that secondary smoke has on a non-smoker is a good enough reason to have people stop smoking in all public places, but one reason is never good enough. There is also the fact that smoking causes more than one type of disease, and non-smokers should have the right not to be smothered with cigarette fumes. Smokers should be forbidden to smoke in public places out of respect for others, and to respect the health choices of others. ...
