In a way the way that Marshall Kane stood alone against the outlaws was much like the way that HUAC treated the Hollywood 10. Hollywood stood alone to face accusation after accusation against them on how they were being un-American with their films and using communistic ideas in the films that they put out. Many people refused to help the Hollywood 10 in their ongoing battle for their reputations just as many people refused to help Marshall Kane take down the outlaws who had come back to settle the score.
