The Legacy of Christopher Columbus I believe that Christopher Columbus was a great Legacy. If Columbus wouldn’t have persisted and followed his dream, all of us probably wouldn’t be here today. ... Everyone believed that the Earth was flat, but Columbus did not. If Columbus did not take that journey, then maybe no one would have and the Americas would never had been discovered.
