I admit I haven’t done this, so this part of the book, wasn’t very effective for me. ... Only 7% is actual words. ...
The final habit, habit 7, “Sharper the Saw” stresses health, and body. ... I’m not going to go out and use the food pyramid as my mealtime bible, but I’m more aware, and I have changed my eating habits a little, which has been a small change in my life, but I change, no less.
