Courts in Hawaii would not allow same-sex marriages and that is now being looked at as unconstitutional. Not allowing the marriages discriminates against certain groups that are United States citizens and that is unconstitutional. Even though I don’t approve of same-sex marriages, according to our laws there is really no reason why the marriages shouldn’t take place.
