“Mom please? Everyone has one! It’s not like it will change me as a person.” I whined like I was a 5 year old again. “No Kelly! You have five piercing already and I don’t want my baby girl to show her stomach off, its inappropriate and I don’t like it!” My mom roared. Sometimes she can be so stubborn. I wanted my belly button pierced badly. If I weren’t going to get my way I would just do something to myself to prove to her that I am mature. I was going to pierce my ear myself. Maybe I was the stubborn one. Running up the stairs and entering my room I turned on load music that got my blood pumping.
