Regarding the aforementioned elements needed to build a high performance, Team A is at a great disadvantage because time is of the essence. Our team does not have much time – five weeks to properly gel together. Team A is a highly diverse and cross-functional team. The team is put in a position to explore the potential of each person within an allotted time.
