People often talk about others¡¯ successful experience, but success itself is very abstract. The definition of success depends on individuals; different people have different interpretations. For a businessperson, success is about making a lot of money. For a teacher, success is about training students to be successful. Although success for different people has different meanings, elements to success are the same. Generally speaking, the means to success lies in effort, innovative thinking, and treating failure correctly.
Effort is an action; it is a basic element to success. Many people yearn for success and treat success as their goal or dream; however, most of them just leave this dream in their mind and never take action to try it. ... This is one reason why many people can not achieve success. ... This story tells us that success belongs to people who dare to try. ... However, the donkey knows if it did noting to try to save itself, it would have zero percent success. Because it tried to save itself, it had fifty percent chance of success. However, effort is not the only one element to success.
