The EPA Administrator said they have worked with Congress to “further reduce air pollution from power plants while providing that industry the flexibility it needs.” (“EPA” A2) Acts like these, where the solution works with the problem, really helps speed up the process of reducing pollution problems.
The government really has the biggest pull in helping stop the air pollution problem in America.
