FEMALE CIRCUMISION IN AFRICA WHAT IS CIRCUMCISION: is the cutting of female genital or is total removal of the external female genital and other injury to the female genital organ, what are the reason for this or why did they do it.1.The reason for cutting female genital or circumcision is to reduce or to eliminate the sensitive tissue of the outer genital, most important is the cut of clitoris in other to reduced sexual desire in the female, and maintain chastity and virginity before marriage and fidelity during marriage, this increase male sexual pleasure.2 reason is the identification with cultural heritage, initiation of girls into womanhood because if the women are circumcised they believe is the right thing in Africa and is not only one religion practicing this act but they believe that female must be circumcise 3 reason is for religion and this makes muslims,chrisitan catholic, pole slant animist and nonbeliever in the range of communities, however frequently been carried out by some Muslim communities in the genuine that it is culture demands and demanded by the Islamic faith, but the Islamic have no substantive evidence that it a religious requirement of lslam.
