Hunger Pains The article describes the hunger and starvation the people in southern Africa. This is related to the struggles the lower classes in both pre-revolutionary France and the working class during the industrial revolution. This issue dates back to the industrial revolution. Africa was not a part of this. They had limited weapons and machines to do work. This made it very easy for Imperial countries to come in and take over parts of the country, and capture Africans for slavery.
