Additionally, legal and main question could be “Is it legal for any company to disclose personal and medical employee information without employee’s knowledge and both parties consensus?” Finally, I recognize the last presented question as the most important legal question, where the first two questions could be considered sub-questions that were evolved from main question regarding personal information and medical status disclosure of an associate.
