After the tragedy 9-11, every airline is facing the recession problem. Because of the tragedy, there is a security screening for the passengers. This probably made the situation even worse. A survey by BTC in March-April 2001 said U.S. businesses expected to reduce their travel and entertainment expenses by 28% for the year, respondents said they would reduce 17% of air travel.
