Top Cook - claimed he saw Gideon break into the poolroom and take some beer and wine along with money from the cigarette and jukebox machines. Gideon - accused of breaking into the Bay Harbor poolroom, and taking a few bottles of beer and wine, along with some money from the cigarette and jukebox machines. He claimed he did not do it, and that he worked at the Bay Harbor poolroom, and had a key therefore, if he was to break in he would have used the key.
