The three names for the Middle Ages, the “Dark Ages”, “Age of Feudalism”, and the “Age of Faith” all apply well to the time. The Middle Ages were very bad times for most people, with fighting, invasions and illness, however the system of government was Feudalism throughout the entire era, and the church also played a significant role. Even though the first two titles do apply to the time, the “Age of Faith” is the best title for the Middle Ages.
