Fallen Heroes for Humanities

I would have to say that it is pretty obvious that one hero in this epic would have to be Hector. In his conversation that he had with his wife in Book VI, lines 85-155, he showed that he would rather fight for his country and die for his country than be known as a coward. He respects his wife’s wishes and would like to be by her side and see his son grow up but his pride is stronger. At first glance I would say that he falls under the Aristos part of the Heroic Code. The first clue would be the word husbandry.
