Communication has come a long way over the years, from as early as 3500 BC to the present "www" of the new millenium. We will look at how mans ability to communicate has evolved and what methods have been used over the years to communicate with one another. Some of the earlist methods of communication have been noted before christ as far as thirty five hundred years BC up to 100 years BC. The earliest findings were pictographs of accounts written on clay tablets by the Sumerians. The Egyptians developed a hieroglyphic writing in 2900 BC, which today we still continue to study and see in museums. Following the in 1775 BC the Greeks used a phonetic alphabet written from left to right. Some of the oldest record of writing was found in China, this was written on bones. In 1270 BC the first encyclopedia was written in Syria. In 900 BC the very first postal service for the Chinese government was in use.
