Purpose- The purpose of this lab experiment was to demonstrate an understanding of the relationships between position and velocity of a moving object. Also, it is to help become familiar with the computer and software. Procedure- The procedure for this lab can be found in Chapter 3, section 3.4 Equations- The equations used in this lab are as follows: Graph 1: Distance vs. Time Velocity Graph 2: Velocity vs. Time Acceleration Sketch of Setup- Data sheet and Calculations- See attached graphs.
