Advantages of Year round school

... If your school system is busting at the seams, your school board may already be considering the idea. Year round schooling is an advantage that children don’t agree on but eventually build skills they will need to achieve higher throughout their school career. Some of the advantages include: reducing student overcrowding, keeping students on task and out of trouble, also helping them to develop the skills they need for careers ahead.
When the thought of year round school comes into mind students think about a year of boredom, no friends or life outside of school, and no summer vacation. Year round does not mean school with no vacation. Most programs operate on the traditional calendar, instead of the usual three month summer vacation, schools have short breaks spread out over the whole year.
While staying in school the whole year, the schools don’t have to worry about signing in different students and transferring students, therefore schools don’t overcrowd Also, to ease overcrowding some schools make it so that there are schedules so that at least one group of students is always on break while the rest of the school is in session.
