On a spring day in May, at a college graduation, I found myself reflecting about years passed. ...
I did take some college courses after high school but found that I had no set goals of what I wanted to do in life and decided to quit college and get married. Twelve years have now gone by and after having many trials and failures in both my personal as well as my professional life, I came to the conclusion that trying to “wing it” or “fly by the seat of my pants” in my decision making was not going to cut it any longer. So, as I sat there watching the graduates receive their new diplomas, I started to make goals in both my personal and professional life and have since then forced myself to accomplish them.
