No, this is merely a contract between two parties, one part of which is carrying out the assigned task and the other is receiving payment as the value of the work done and therefore cannot be treated as a reward or recognition. Now that the distinction between a desire based action and objective based action or in other words the distinction between compensation for work and reward for work is clear, how can it be utilised to create a “self-forgetting” behaviour while on the job at one’s office? ... As the saying goes”Find a job you like and you never have to work for the rest of your life!
