Oculocutaneous Albinism is a condition where people are born lacking pigments in their eyes, skin, and or hair. Albinos have very light skin and hair, but not all Oculocutaneous albinism involves the eyes, hair, and skin. Ocular albinism involves primarily the eyes, while the skin may appear slightly lighter than other family members. Both parents must carry an albinism gene to have a child with albinism.
