Most people say that they are depressed because of the OCD; this is called secondary depression. OCD is caused by a brain chemical imbalance. Back long years ago, people would go to the doctor with OCD and depression and the doctor would prescribe and antidepressant for the depression, but there was nothing to relieve the OCD. |
