I chose five items that I found in different movies that portrayed the use of sexual innuendos in media. I was rather shocked at how easy it was to find five of these examples. I found my first example of sexual innuendo in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. One of the characters in the movies was named Ivanna Humpalot. There were also many other innuendos to be found in that movie. This movie appeals to children, especially teenagers. The next citation I made was found in the movie South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut. The students start swearing in the classroom, and when the teacher tries to stop them, this phrase was spoken: “How would you like to suck my balls, Mr. Garrison?” The third example I found was in American Pie. One of the female characters in the movie, when telling past stories, improperly makes this comment: “One time at band camp, I stuck a flute up my pussy.” I was surprised with the randomness of this innuendo.
