... The difference between those people and I is that they were in one place and I was in another. In today’s society one may have a choice of where they want to be, I on the other hand didn’t, my only place to be was on a school bus, on my way to school.
Fifteen minutes had passed and I was still on the loud, yellow bus, number 34. I couldn’t believe that I of all people was on a school bus. ... Finally, I had arrived to school and that is where the learning process began and the rest of my life would never be the same.
First period was where I met Chyna. I had noticed something very strange about her since she first walked into the classroom. Chyna would stare at me for twenty minutes straight during class time and didn’t care that I knew she was looking. I didn’t know if she was gay or if it was just her admiration for me.
