The film "A knight's tale potrays knighthood and chivalry in an unrealistic manner. A peasant squire being knighted by Prince Edward himself is something short of a miracle. in the beginning an over the hill knight conveniently dies, leaving his ambitious ywt reserved squire to take his place in an upcoming tournament. He along with two other peasants, who now serve as his squires, are victorious in the tournament.
