I think that the purpose of this movie was to bring some of the political issues and come up with their solution. This movie meant to be a comedy and as well as lesson for the politicians. Chris Rock is a black comedian who's been in almost 60 feature films. He is also a famous writer and co-writer for movies and TV shows. He is a man with strong political opinions. So, with all that talent and experience, he made a movie “Head of the state”. This movie has some political issues, and comedy with a good message. Chris Rock plays Mays Gilliam, a Washington, D.C. alderman. He is a man of the people.
