TRAINSPOTTING The movie trainspotting was one of the weirdest movies I’ve ever seen. Mainly because I’m not use to watching such type of movies where people’s lives are all screwed up and they depend on drugs to keep them going. I prefer watching comedies or action movies because they’re easy to understand and anyone can enjoy them. Whereas as in the case of trainspotting, well you really have to get into the movie to realize what is going on around you. That is one of the main reasons why I didn’t quite enjoy this movie. It was actually one of the first times that I watch a drama, and actually understand most of it. It’s not that the movie was terrible it just requires a great deal of attention to little details in order to understand. I’m not the only one who thinks that way, several classmates that saw this movie told me the same thing “it was such a wierd movie”. That was my first impression of the movie, because I’ve never been exposed to this type of film however, upon further reflection there is some type of meaning to it.
