Turntablism DJing, also known as turntablism is the art of playing other people's records, mixing them together to make one beautiful piece of music. It’s been around for quite some time and the only way to DJ was to play vinyls on those old turntables. Recently they have come out with mini CD decks that act just like turntables, which one is better? Well I will discuss this in my paper. I will first discuss the original turntables; there are some very great advantages. First off turntables are the standard of DJing, when you go to a club to perform you will use turntables not CD decks.
