The organizational structure of “After Hours” Child Care is a lateral structure. There are five co-owners and each has an equal role in the operation of “After Hours” Child Care. There is also a bookkeeper that was hired by the five owners. The bookkeeper is the only hired employee at the present time. There are advantages and disadvantages to this organizational structure.
