The boy’s fate is rested in the hands of the juror’s to decide whether he is guilty of murdering his father or not guilty. All the facts gathered through the case are crucial in determining what is more reasonable. The three parts of evidence coming to a verdict of not guilty, is the old lady’s eyesight, the old man’s testimony, and the way the stabbing took place.
