Ten years ago there were happening some strange things in England. Owls flying through the city during daylight and more of these things. Then two wizards come together to speak about this case and then Hagrid arrives with Harry Potter who just survived an assassination. He has a scar on his forehead which looks like lightning. Voldemort, who was the first Dark Wizard has been defeated by a baby. Ten years later Harry lives with the Dursleys where he has a hard life. His cousin teases him and he has to live in a cupboard under the stairs. Strange things have happened during the years and he was always punished when he did something strange. The strange things always happened when he was angry. But then on a day he receives a letter. His uncle Vernon grabs the letter and reads it and is very shocked about it. He destroys the letter but there is nothing he can do. The next day there keep coming letters and at the end Vernon decides to go away. They are going to a boat because they don’t think the letters will arrive there. It is the day before Harry’s birthday and he is counting the minutes when suddenly at twelve o’clock Hagrid comes in and gives him the letter which says he is going to Hogwarts. Uncle Vernon comes with a gun but Hagrid breaks it with his big hands. Hagrid is angry with uncle and aunt because they never said a thing to Harry about his parents(Harry thinks they were killed in a car accident). Then Hagrid takes Harry to London because he needs some things for school. They go to London and they’re going to a hidden place where you can buy wizardry stuff like a robe a wand and books. He meets a boy who is also going to Hogwarts and is angry he can’t have a broom.
