"No grownups"(pg.8). The novel Lord Of The Flies was written by William Golding. It is about a number of boys who are stuck on an island for near 8 months or so. Ralph, Piggy and Jack are the main characters in the novel. Two kids are killed throughout the novel because of a savage like behavior. Jack makes his on tribe that is the meanest little devils that a little kid shouldn’t be. The conch, the signal fire and the beast are very important symbols through the book. The conch might have the most important symbol in the novel then any other symbol.. " Then I’ll give him the conch." (pg.33) This represents some order on the island.
