Ralph woke up, barely able to open his eyes. He sat up wiping dried blood from his face and sat there listening, hearing faint voices in the distance. Not wanting to move, Ralph laid back down. Ralph closed his eyes and fell into a soft sleep. He was suddenly awakened by crunching of leaved near by, Ralph sat as quietly as he could not trying to move or make a sound. Not knowing how much time had passed, even though it felt like forever, he moved. He didn’t hear any noises or voices anymore. Ralph got up and decided to walk even though he was tired and worse his body ached from head to toe.
