Kurt Angle returned to the road this weekend, competing on non-televised events for the first time since the death of his sister, Le’Anne, two weeks ago at the age of 43. It goes without saying that the last few weeks have been tough for the Olympic gold medalist and his entire family. "I didn’t get to see her much, which I deeply regret," Angle said. "But my sister was a good woman with a big heart. I’m just glad and proud she was my sister. "I think about it just about every second of the day. I can’t get it out of my mind. You always think, ‘Is there something I could have done?’" As a spokesman for the "Get Tough on Angina" campaign, Angle had talked frequently about his family’s history of heart problems. He would specifically mention Le’Anne, who had a heart attack in the spring of 2002 when she was just 42.
